Approach

The high street is in decline. Housing is under pressure. And with COVID-19 changing the way we live, work, and play, we need more homes, but we also need better homes. We believe that every neglected building in our town centres represents a chance to transform communities one brick at a time. With the help of investors like you, we turn unloved spaces into beautiful, sustainable homes to reinvigorate local economies and deliver high returns.

A joint venture between award-winning WindsorPatania Architects and Tandem Real Estate, Credo Living combines development and design-savvy with market knowledge built over decades. With a keen eye for a deal—and the relationships to back it up—the team employs entrepreneurial spirit and creativity to deliver smart and sustainable properties that people love.

Storyline (how we do it)

Using our broad market knowledge and professional network, we source development and refurbishment opportunities (preferably off-market). When a potentially suitable opportunity arises, we design a scheme, run a feasibility analysis, and pull together a business plan and cash-flow projections. If the proposition stacks-up, we proceed with the acquisition, driving the most beneficial terms available.

You receive regular project updates and reports from start to completion. We continually review progress in conjunction with market conditions, adapting strategy if circumstances dictate, in order to deliver a successful project or exit in advance if tactically preferable.

At all times, we have our finger firmly on the pulse, keep a tight rein on costs, and are dynamic in our operations.
